The Long Cottage is a unique retreat that accommodates 9 people, perfect for three couples or families with most of the accommodation on the ground floor, with a lovely attic room (for 3 children) on the first floor.

There is also the advantage of an adjoining annexe (The Stable) which has its own bedroom suite and small kitchen - perfect for grandparents or those wanting some privacy.

Ideally situated, five minutes drive from Sandringham House and twenty minutes from beautiful sandy beaches.

Bedroom 03 in converted full height attic with one 3’ single bed and two 2’6” single beds, with chest of drawers and hanging rail.

Bedroom 04: The Stable

Connected to the main house - the stable is a multipurpose, self contained area of the property, consisting of a bedroom with a high ceiling, King sized bed and Smart TV. As well as shower room, well equipped kitchenette with table and chairs and outside bistro table for alfresco meals. Accessed internally, or via it's own front door, the Stable annexe is a wonderful option for those in multi-generational groups that seek more privacy.

The gardens

There are secluded enclosed front and rear gardens for guests to enjoy throughout the day. Lunchtimes can be spent under the pergola in the south facing garden, catch the evening sun for drinks and BBQs on the terrace at the rear of the property. There is adequate seating for guests to enjoy the peace and tranquilities of the gardens. The property is in proximity to the small village primary school, so for short periods of term time you may hear the murmur of children playing.
